Team Instructions for Spirit Posters

Here is the information required and how to submit it for your team’s spirit poster.

Info Required

Below is the Spirit Poster content we require the team to provide:

  1. Team picture with players wearing game uniforms

  2. Group picture of team captains wearing game uniforms

  3. Head shot pictures of each Senior on the team wearing game uniforms. For smaller teams with fewer than 12-14 seniors we will put headshots of everyone on the poster that is assigned to the varsity squad

  4. Please set the file name of pictures with players NUMBER and name in the file so we can properly spell (e.g. 55_Blake_Wilson.jpg)

  5. Team Logo

  6. Team Schedule

  7. A list of past State and FCIAC Titles

What to do

Once you have the information required, here is how you transmit the information to us.

  1. Sign up for and download the Dropbox application or upload the content listed above via the Dropbox website. You should put all content in a design.

  2. Once uploaded share all the content with douglas.m.thom@gmail.com on Dropbox.

  3. Have the parents sign an electronic waiver that gives us permission to use their child’s image on the poster. The release they signed on ASPEN does not apply to us since we are not affiliated with DHS or the school system.

  4. Once the poster has been compiled and waivers collected we will provide an electronic copy of the poster to a team representative to check. It is the sole responsibility of the Team to ensure there are no omissions or misspellings. Once the Poster has been checked we will submit to printer.

  5. Each team that submits will get 100 FREE posters. Every senior gets a poster. Remaining posters need to be distributed and displayed by local businesses (we will give out a list of local businesses to help)

  6. We ask that teams make parents aware of the project and the Blue Wave Booster Club
